Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
What this covers
These terms apply to DivineBooking, including the staff application, public booking pages, and divinebooking.app. "We" means DivineBooking, operated from Ontario, Canada. A "business" is an organization using a DivineBooking workspace to manage scheduling. A "client" is a person booking with that business. Using the product means you accept these terms.
For clients booking appointments
- Your appointment is with the business, not DivineBooking. The business sets its services, prices, cancellation rules, and no-show policies.
- Booking creates an accountless client record keyed to the contact information you provide. Where email management is available, the confirmation contains a secure link for permitted rescheduling or cancellation; no DivineBooking password is required.
- Give accurate contact information. A confirmation or reminder cannot reach an incorrect address or number.
For businesses and workspace owners
- The business controls its client relationship. DivineBooking processes workspace information to provide the calendar and does not sell the client list or place a consumer marketplace between the business and its clients.
- You are responsible for having the right to collect, import, and contact the people in your workspace and for using messaging features lawfully.
- Keep sign-in credentials secure, invite only authorized people, and assign team roles that match the work each person should perform.
- Client SMS and client payment processing are not currently included as live plan features. Stripe is used separately to bill the workspace owner for DivineBooking.
Trial, subscription, and renewal
A new workspace can start with a 30-day free trial. Stripe collects a payment method when the trial begins, but DivineBooking does not charge the subscription price that day. Unless the owner cancels before the trial ends, the selected plan begins automatically at $19 CAD per location each month or $180 CAD per location each year.
Subscriptions renew on the same monthly or annual interval until canceled. The owner can use Billing settings to update the payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe states otherwise during the change.
Acceptable use
Do not use DivineBooking to spam, harass, access another workspace, interfere with service availability, upload malicious material, or break the law. Good-faith security reports should follow the boundaries on our Security page. We may suspend access that threatens the product or other users, with notice where practical.
Service expectations
We work to keep the calendar correct and the service available, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. Current security, monitoring, and recovery evidence is published with honest limitations rather than treated as a guarantee. DivineBooking is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim is capped at the fees paid to us in the twelve months before that claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Exports, cancellation, and deletion
A workspace owner may cancel the service and should request or download an export of core scheduling records before access ends. Export scope, the treatment of files or optional integrations, and the deletion timetable should be confirmed for the workspace at cancellation. We do not promise one automatic deletion period for every record type. The current retention explanation is in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Boring but important
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we update the terms in a meaningful way, we will change the date at the top and provide additional notice when appropriate. Questions: hello@divinebooking.app.
