Data + privacy
The business controls its client relationship. DivineBooking processes scheduling data to provide the calendar; it is not a consumer marketplace or a lead broker.
Control
We do not sell leads back to a business, create a public consumer profile as a condition of scheduling, or sell personal information to advertising networks.
Collection
Workspace settings, staff access, services, availability, client contact details, appointments, change history, and message-delivery state. Email is not required for every client.
Caching
Responses containing client or appointment information are sent with private, no-store cache instructions instead of being treated as public CDN content.
Portability
Workspace owners can request an export of core scheduling records. Export scope, attachment handling, and deletion timing should be confirmed before a workspace closes.

Processing location is provider- and deployment-specific. DivineBooking does not currently promise that all storage and processing stays in Canada. Optional services receive data only when the related feature is configured or deliberately used. The optional import helper is off by default and shows its disclosure before an iCalendar file is uploaded or CSV samples are sent.
Twilio · SMS delivery
Not currently offered as a live plan feature. The privacy notice and pricing details must be updated before client data is sent through it.
